No, the land remains ownership of the resort investor. The property owner receives the right to use and pass through the adjoined territory as per situation and architecture plans according to art.64 from the Ownership act.
You are free to make changes in the interior of your house to reflect your personal style and taste. Any changes on the façade and exterior including garden must be approved in written by the Resort Management in order to maintain the quality and aesthetic of the community. This includes any modifications to the property original architecture.
